What is the B’CAUSE return policy?
We accept returns only on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being exchanged must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. poly bag. You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for exchange. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
What if my exchange is past the 21 days?
Exchanges postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for exchange and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Does my store credit from my return expire?
Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.

How do I return my order from within the U.S.?
For all U.S. orders please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject title of: Returns Dept. Our team will e-mail you a pre-paid USPS shipping label within 48 hours! If you choose to use this shipping label, we will deduct $8.00 from your refund amount.
How to send back:
- Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
- Stick the pre-paid shipping label on box OR your own shipping label.
- Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
- Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
- Take your return to the closest USPS or schedule a pickup.
*Please note: we recommend writing down your return tracking number so you can track the status of the return yourself.
